It helps enormously if you include your website address and, where it applies, the email address on your account. Most support questions are about a specific site, and the first reply is otherwise just us asking which one.
Already a customer?
Everything about your blog lives in the dashboard: what is planned, what is written, what has been published, and the settings for how your site is connected. If something looks wrong there, send us the page you are looking at and what you expected to see.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. You can cancel from your account at any time, and you keep every post that has already been published to your website. If a charge looks wrong, email us with the date and the amount and we will look it up.
Security and privacy
If you have found a security problem, please write to the same address with “security” in the subject line and enough detail to reproduce it, and give us a chance to fix it before publishing. For questions about what we hold and how to have it deleted, see the privacy policy.
